Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup mango chunks frozen if you want extra chill
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk or unsweetened coconut yogurt for a lighter vibe
  • 1/2 cup orange juice or pineapple juice for extra tang
  • 1/2 cup ice use more if you want it thicker
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice freshly squeezed, please
  • Optional: a handful of spinach for color or a splash of rum-free tropical liqueur if you’re feeling festive
  • Optional garnish: pineapple wedge lime wheel, or a beachy umbrella (we won’t judge)

Instructions

  • Gather your ingredients and dump them into a blender. No dramatic prep scenes needed.
  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy. If it’s too thick, add a splash more juice or water; if too thin, add a few more ice cubes.
  • Taste and adjust. Extra lime for zing? More mango for sweetness? You’re in control, chef!
  • Pour into glasses. Add a garnish, clap your hands once, and take a victory sip.
  • Optional step: twist with a tiny drizzle of honey or agave if you want it a touch sweeter.
