Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt optional for extra creaminess
  • ½ cup milk of choice dairy or almond works fine
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese or ricotta for that cheesecake vibe
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 –2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup to taste
  • Ice cubes as needed for thickness

Instructions

  • Pour the milk into the blender. It’s the base that helps everything blend smoothly, so don’t skip it.
