Instructions

  • Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
  • Keep it gentle. You want melted, not browned.
  • Pour in the hot sauce.
  • Stir immediately so it emulsifies with the butter. This is where the magic happens.

  • Stir until smooth. Let it warm together for about 1–2 minutes.
