Ingredients

  • 1 liter pineapple juice the sunny cousin of holiday drinks
  • 4 cups cranberry juice unsweetened
  • 2 cups orange juice freshly squeezed if you’re feeling fancy
  • 2 cups ginger ale or lemon-lime soda for fizz
  • 1 cup sparkling water optional, for extra sparkle
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
  • Ice for chill factor
  • Slices of orange lemon, and a few cranberries for garnish

Instructions

  • In a large punch bowl, combine pineapple juice, cranberry juice, orange juice, and fresh lemon juice. Give it a good stir—you’re mixing happiness with citrus here.
  • Sprinkle in cinnamon and cloves. It should smell like a holiday miracle, not a science experiment.
  • Add ginger ale and sparkling water. If you want a stronger punch, use more ginger ale and less water.
  • Stir gently to avoid losing all the fizz. You want a party, not a flat soda awkwardness.
  • Chill for at least 30 minutes, or serve immediately over ice if you’re short on patience.
  • Garnish with orange, lemon slices, and a handful of cranberries. Serve with a big straw and an even bigger grin.
